Zach graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Loras College, where he played football and and ran track. He is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and was previously a master trainer at the world renowned, East Bank Club, in Chicago, IL. Zach specializes in high-intensity circuit-training, general fitness, weight loss, strength training and sport-specific training. His philosophy is that clients can achieve their fitness goals through hard work, dedication and a positive mindset.
